Having invested in real estate since 2018 and guided buyers and sellers since 2023, Erin has earned Peak Producer honors every full year in the business. With a professional background rooted in accounting, finance, and technology, she pairs that personal warmth with sharp analytical muscle—using tech to keep the process effortless and breaking down the numbers so her clients always hold the reins.

A proud Colorado native, Erin grew up along the Front Range and focuses primarily on Colorado Springs and South Denver, backed by strong family ties throughout the metro area and experience working across the state.

When she isn’t analyzing deals or negotiating on behalf of her clients, Erin is usually working through the endless, rewarding restoration of her own 1890 historic home. Out in the community, you’ll find her volunteering at the local farmer’s market, playing pickleball, hiking mountain trails, or out on a walk with her two Labs—with a well-loved cat waiting back home.
